Life long learning opens doors that leads to valuable information and is the key to learning. The goal of those in education and Library Services is to promote and provide the love of continuous lifelong reading for enjoyment as well as for information seeking. I imagine the most difficult part for me would be the possible roles librarians would play in adressing ways of keeping the community educated in the use of technology as a lifelong learning tool.

Transforming our learning culture will depend on a partnership between individual
responsibility and the wider community. As learners increasingly take charge of
their own learning and determining their need for skills, they will require support to enable them to achieve their goals. This is where we as librarians can fulfill our roles.
